This guide shows you how to create WFPB meals without a recipe!
It's pretty simple - Just go to the grocery store and pick up your favorite greens, at least one foundation, whatever veggies and fruits you enjoy, at least one bean/legume source, and ingredients for your favorite wow factors. With these ingredients on deck, you will always have a way to build a really fantastic, flavorful, and filling meal!
For example... You might pick up spinach, brown rice, black beans, peppers and onions to saute with water and taco seasoning, avocado, salsa, and hot sauce to create a "burrito bowl". Add fruit for a snack and you've hit every category!
